Administrators can remove administrator accounts from the Server page within the ZixOne Administration Console.
To remove administrators accounts:
| 1. | On the Server page, select Modify on the Administrators pane. |
| 2. | Select the administrator you want to remove. |
| 3. | Select the check-box next to Remove Admin. |
| 4. | Select the Remove Admin button. |
| 5. | The profile now has an Inactive status and no longer appears as an administrator under the Administrators pane. |
